Strawberry + Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk - 250ml
Handful of Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Ripe Banana

1 Tbsp of Coconut Yoghurt

1 Tbsp of Maple syrup
1 Tbsp of Beetroot Powder (optional)

Toppings:

Fresh banana, goji berries, sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts and grated coconut.

Directions:

Blender + Blitz to your hearts content! The coconut yoghurt gives a real nice smooth texture to the smoothie!
